                            J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1, 2

& 4 to permit the B.A.M.S students of V.P.S.V. Ayurveda

College, Kottakkal to undergo internship and training in

Gynaecology & Surgery at the District Hospital, Manjeri

and Taluk Hospital, Tirur.

There is already an interim order dated 23.03.2006. This

writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order.
