                          JUDGMENT

Koshy, J

Appellant at the age of 19 sustained

injuries in an accident. No evidence was

adduced to show his income. The Tribunal has

taken Rs.16,000/- as the annual income and

calculated compensation for 7% disability as

certified by the Doctor vide Ext.C1 adopting

16 as the multiplier. We are of the opinion

that just and reasonable compensation was

awarded by the Tribunal. We see no ground to

interfere in the above award passed by the

Tribunal.

Appeal fails and is dismissed

accordingly.
