SECRETARY-GENERAL: Sir, I lay on the Table the following seven Bills passed by the Houses of Parliament during the Fifth Session of Fourteenth Lok Sabha and assented to by the President since a report was last made to the House on the 30th August, 2005:- The Displaced Persons Claims and Other Laws Repeal Bill, 2005; The Hindu Succession (Amendment) Bill, 2005; The Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum (Amendment) Bill, 2005; The Immigration (Carriersâ Liability) Amendment Bill, 2005; The Warehousing Corporations (Amendment) Bill, 2005; The High Court and Supreme Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Amendment Bill, 2005; The Railways (Amendment) Bill, 2005;
I also lay on the Table copies, duly authenticated by the Secretary-General, Rajya Sabha, of the following three Bills passed by the Houses of Parliament and assented to by the President:- The Payment of Wages (Amendment) Bill, 2005; The National Rural Employment Guarantee Bill, 2005; The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Bill, 2005.
