5. 26/11/2010 The respondents in paragraph 12 of the

counter affidavit, sworn by the Deputy

Director, Primary Education, has stated that

200 persons have been promoted from Lower

Subordinate Service to Subordinate Education

Service vide Memo No.9 dated 6.1.2010 and

Memo No.885 dated 18.7.2008. It is also

stated that the petitioner did not figure in

the list of promotees because of his

seniority position.

Learned counsel for the Respondents is

directed to produce both the said memos along

with seniority list on the basis of which

those promotions have been granted. He prays

for three weeks time for the same.

Put up after three weeks within first

ten cases.
