The petitioner has sought quashing of the order dated

01.04.2009 passed by the Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra, in Cr.

Revision No.240 of 2008 by which he has affirmed the order dated

19.07.2008 passed by the Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Saran at

Chapra, in Trial No. 2180 of 2008.

Since this is the second revision in the garb of 482 Cr. P.

C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to

interfere in the matter.

The application is dismissed.
