2 23.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as
learned counsel for the state.
Originally, the informant filed Complaint Case which
was converted into Bochaha P.S. Case No. 89 of 2007
corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 234 of 2008.
Although petitioners are named in the FIR but
admittedly, it was co-accused, Guddu who took away the
informant’s son. So far as petitioners are concerted, it is only
stated that after the aforesaid occurrence, when informant
made query from these petitioners, they did not give satisfactory
answer to him.
Consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances
of the case as well as submission of the parties, let petitioners,
namely, Bindeshwar Bhagat and Bikaou Bhagat be released on
bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each
with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
Sessions Trial No. 234 of 2008 arising out of Bochaha P.S.
Case No. 89 of 2007 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 234
of 2008 to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III,
Muzaffarpur.
