                           J U D G M E N T

The issue raised in this writ petition is regarding the validity

of cancellation of time bound higher grade granted to the petitioner

in the scale of pay as applicable to Assistant Engineer. This issue is

covered in favour of the petitioner by the judgment dated 25.5.2010

in W.P.(C) No. 17339 of 2009. In view of the above, this writ

petition is disposed of, quashing the order cancelling the time bound

higher grade granted to the petitioner and directing that the

petitioner shall be paid the scale of pay as applicable to the

Assistant Engineer.
