He submits that he has already filed a counter affidavit

It is stated by him that grievance of the petitioner has

been redressed as he has already been produced before the

Bhabua Civil Court, whereafter he has been remanded in Bhabua

Police station case no. 85 of 2007.

Put up this matter on 12.7.2010 along with counter

affidavit.
