                            Tr.P(C).No.100 of 2007

                         -------------------------------------

Dated this the 11th day of May, 2007

                                       ORDER

This petition is filed to transfer O.P.No.97 of 2006 on the file of

Family Court, Kottayam at Ettumanoor. On hearing the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioners, I do not find it in the interests

of justice, to order transfer of the case as sought for. If grievance of

the petitioners is that they did not get opportunity to adduce sufficient

evidence, petitioners are at liberty to apply before the Family Court to

reopen the case and adduce further evidence. If such an application

is filed, learned Judge of the Family Court has to pass appropriate

orders in accordance with law. The petition is dismissed.
