                                   JUDGMENT

Learned Standing Counsel for Cochin University of Science

& Technology submits that the students of V semester B.Tech.,

1995 batch, of the School of Engineering, CUSAT is being given

an additional chance, as a last opportunity, in terms of the

decision of academic council, taken on 2.2.2007. Under such

circumstances, it is hereby directed that the same benefit shall

be extended to the petitioner and such similarly situated persons

in other institutions affiliated to CUSAT, in relation to the said

examination.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
