02. 30.08.2010 The present application is directed against the order

of acquittal rendered by learned trial court in

S.T.No.341/2004/Tr.No.82/2006.

It appears that a government appeal being G.APP.

(D.B.) No.6 of 1999 was preferred by the State of Bihar which

has been considered and dismissed by a Division Bench of this

Court by order dated 21.01.2010.

In that view of the matter, this application is also

dismissed.
