petitioners were granted anticipatory bail

in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2009 but

inadvertently the name of seventh

petitioner, namely, Kastoori Singh has not

been incorporated in the order dated

22.02.2011.

Let the order dated 22.02.2011 be

modified to the extent indicated above.

Let the order be faxed to the

learned A.C.J.M., Naugachhiya, in connection

with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2009 at

the cost of the petitioners.
