2 31.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the

petitioner as well as learned counsel for

the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner

fairly admits that the petitioner has been

granted A.C.P. from due date, vide

Annexure-1. However, he submits that

monetary benefits of the same have not

been paid to the petitioner so far. He

also submits that some T.A. bill of

petitioner is also pending with the

respondents.

This writ application was filed on

05.01.2009 with service of two copies

thereof in the office of the learned

Advocate General. However, till today no

counter affidavit has been filed.

In the circumstances, the writ

application is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to release

all the monetary benefits of the

petitioner pursuant to grant of A.C.P. to

him, vide Annexure-1, if the said order

has not been cancelled or recalled.

Respondents are also directed to examine

the T.A. Bill of the petitioner and

release the due amount to him. Final

orders in respect of the same shall be

passed by the respondents preferably

within three months from the date of

receipt/production of a copy of this

order.
