the learned counsel for the State.

The defence of the petitioner in a Police case under

Sections 435 and other provisions of the Penal Code and

Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act is that the only

material against him is his own confessional statement

inadmissible in evidence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM

Aurangabad in Mali PS Case No. 43 of 2009.
