time was allowed to the opposite parties to

file show cause. However, no show cause has

been filed till today.

Learned counsel for the University as

well as learned counsel for the State pray

for two weeks more time.

Time is allowed, subject to payment

of cost of Rs.500/- by the University as

well as by the State to the petitioner in

the form of crossed bank draft to be served

on the learned counsel for the petitioner

along with a copy of the show cause.

Put up after two weeks under the same

heading.
