CWJC No.7813 of 2007 and supplementary
counter affidavit has been filed in CWJC
No.7843 of 2007, without making any clear
statement regarding vacancy in the Water
Resources Department in the reserved category
of most Backward Class, in 2010 panel.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that
he is in possession of such documents, which
will clarify that there are vacancies in the Water
Resources Department to be filled from the
panel of 2010 in the reserved Backward
category.
Let counsel for the petitioners file
supplementary affidavit, bringing all those
documents on record.
