3 30.03.2011 Today again, on call, none appeared on behalf of the

petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for

adjournment. Yesterday also, none appeared on behalf of the

petitioner. Sri Subhash Prasad Singh, learned G.A. No. 7, and learned

counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 4/Accountant General,

are present.

It was submitted by Sri Subhash Prasad Singh, learned

G.A. No. 7, that during the pendency of the writ petition almost all the

grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed.

The petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
