opposite party to ensure compliance of the directions of the Writ Court.
According to the learned counsel for the applicant till date compliance has not
been made.

Committee, Kanpur Nagar shall remain present before this Court along with
an explanation for non compliance.
Learned counsel for the applicant shall serve a written notice along with copy

opposite party within 48 hours.
