03 28-02-2011 Today again on call, none appeared on behalf of the

petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for

adjournment. On 25.2.2011 also same was the position.

However, Sri Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the Respondent/Bihar State Electricity Board is

present. He submits that during the pendency of the present writ

petition, the grievances of the petitioner have already been

redressed.

The petition stands dismissed due to non -prosecution.
