06. 27.04.2011 Show-cause has been filed on behalf of the

State as well Magadh University, Gaya and its

authorities.

In para 4 to 8 of the Show-cause, filed on

behalf of Opposite Parties, Magadh University, Gaya

and its authorities, details of payments to the

petitioner has been mentioned, which includes the

pension and pensionary benefits and arrears of

difference of salary. However, there is no statement

regarding 5% interest on account of realization of

Income tax at source.

Counsel, appearing for the Magadh

University prays for further two weeks’ time in order

to seek instruction and file show-cause on this point.

Put up this matter on 18th of May, 2011,

retaining its position.
