This
application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.04.2010
passed in Special Civil Application No.9737 of 2009. It appears that
the said order was a subject-matter of review proceedings which have
been dismissed by order dated 14.05.2010 (Coram: K.S.Jhaveri, J.).
Perusing the order dated 20.04.2010 and the order passed on the
Review Application dated 14.05.2010, in view of this Court, it would
be appropriate to list this matter before the same Court which passed
the said orders.
