Present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for
quashing of the entire proceeding in Case No. 12399/IX of 1993,
Case Crime No. 798 of 1993 pending before C.J.M. as well as to
stay the arrest of applicant in Case No. 2399/IX of 1993,Case
Crime No. 798 of 1993 pending before C.J.M.Banda.

List revised. None present to press the present application under
Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is
rejected for want of prosecution. Interim order dated 12.8.1996 is
hereby discharged.
