Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel.

Sri Arjun Singh Yadav has appeared for the respondent no. 2.

The petitioners are working as a Cook under the Midday Meal Yojana of the
State Government. They are aggrieved by the advertisement issued in the
news paper dated 15.5.2010 whereby fresh applications are invited for
appointment of Cooks.

By the said advertisement the services of the petitioners are not being
disturbed. Therefore, the petitioners are not a person aggrieved by the same.

In view of above, the writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly
dismissed.
