I have heard learned A.G.A. and perused the material brought on record as
well as the impugned order.
This application in revision is directed against the order dated 25.01.2003
passed by Additional Session Judge, Court no. 6, Allahabad in exercise of its
jurisdiction under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. by which he has summoned the
applicant for facing trial for offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201
I.P.C. read with Section 120-B I.P.C.
After having carefully examined the impugned order and the material brought
on record, I find that the order passed by the court below is based upon
relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, no case for
interference is made out.
This application in revision has no merit and it is accordingly dismissed.
Registry shall communicate to the concerned court below about this order
within a month.
