Learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer to the
extent that his representation be decided within stipulated period of
time.
In the circumstances of the case, respondent no.2 is directed to
decide the representation of the petitioner by speaking order in
accordance with law, if possible within a period of two months
from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The
petitioner will be afforded opportunity of hearing by the concerned
authority before passing the order.
The concerned authority after taking decision on the representation
of the petitioner will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of finally.
