Case called out. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to
press the writ petition. However, I have perused the record.

This writ petition is directed against the order dated 29.9.1995
passed by the court below on temporary injunction application of
the petitioner. There is hardly any reason to believe that the suit
proceedings must have not come to a logical end after the expiry
of 15 years rendering the writ petition infructuous and the same is
accordingly stands dismissed.
