50. 13.09.2011. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant

on the interlocutory application No.6077 of 2011.

This application has been filed for

correction of typing mistake in paragraph 33 of the

Judgment delivered by this Court on 07.07.2011.

It appears that by mistake, in paragraph 33,

instead of plot No.627, it has been typed as plot

No.626 and likewise in place of plot No.199, it has

been wrongly typed as plot No.119. Since, it is

typing mistake, therefore, plot No.626 occurring in

paragraph 33 of the Judgment shall be read as plot

No.627 and like-wise plot No.119 occurring in that

paragraph shall be read as plot No.199.

Thus the plot Nos. stands corrected. This

order shall form part of the Judgment.
