on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ

petition. However, Mr. Sanjay Prakash Verma,

learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents

and Mr. Prakash Shekhar Kumar, learned counsel

appearing on behalf of intervenor are present.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

the present writ petition stands dismissed for want

of prosecution.
