This writ petition appears to be in the nature of Public Interest. Petitioner
raised a grievance regarding approval to the respondent No.5 as Principal by
the relevant authority. The petitioner was a Head Clerk and has already
retired. Therefore, if the petitioner is having any grievance, he can file a
Public Interest Litigation to that effect before the competent court having
jurisdiction.

The writ petition is totally misconceived and hereby dismissed.

No order as to costs.
