Mr.O.P.Srivastava, learned Advocate appearing for the opposite parties
submits that under the order of Special Appeal, the order passed by the
Hon’ble Single Judge has already been complied with. However, keeping in
view the petitioner’s misconduct at subsequent stage, the petitioner has been
removed from service on 25.11.2009 and the order, the disobedience of which
has been claimed, does not claim the subsequent proceedings, accordingly he
submits that the matter has lost its efficacy.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I hereby dismiss the
present contempt petition and discharge the notices issued to the opposite
parties.
