Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

Keeping in view the nature of quantity of narcotic substance recovered from
the possession of the applicant and that there are no reported criminal
antecedents against the applicant under the N.D.P.S. Act, the applicant is
entitled for bail.

Let the applicant Bunda alias Kafiel involved in Case Crime No. 246 of 2010
under Section 21/22 of N.D.P.S. Act Police Station Kotwali District Aligarh
be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two
sureties, each in the like amount. to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
