Grievance of the petitioner is that in his appeal, being appeal No.120/08-09,
dates after dates are being fixed and till date the appeal in question has not
been decided.

Consequently, the appellate authority is directed to decide the appeal of the
petitioner on the next date fixed, and in case it is not feasible to decide the
same on the said date, then all endeavour be made to decide the said appeal
within next two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
order.

In terms of above direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
