                          JUDGMENT

The only prayer sought for in this writ petition is for a

direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders

Ext.P1 an application made by the petitioner for one time

settlement.

As stated by the petitioner, if Ext.P1 application has

been received and is still pending, I direct that orders will be

passed thereon in accordance with the rules and with notice to

the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and at any rate

within 8 weeks from the date of production of a copy of the

judgment.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
