This petition is filed with a prayer to direct the first

respondent to expedite investigation in Crime No.709/08 on

the file of the Hosdurg Police Station. The Public Prosecutor

on instructions submits that the investigation is completed

and a final charge is filed and further it is of a civil nature.

The party has to pursue his further action in accordance with

law. Therefore this Crl.M.C. is closed.
