                           J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is aggrieved by assignment of date of promotion

in the seniority list published in respect of Assistant Executive

Engineers of the Kerala State Electricity Board. In respect of the

same, the petitioner has filed Exts.P4 and P6 before the 2nd

respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to

consider and pass orders on Exts.P4 and P6 expeditiously.

Having heard the learned standing counsel also, I dispose of

this writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider

and pass orders on Exts. P4 and P6 as expeditiously as possible, at

any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the

petitioner.
