Kurian Joseph, J.

This is a petition to review the order dated 16.10.2008,

whereby we dismissed I.A.No.3276 of 2008. That is a petition for

extension of time up to 8.8.2008. As per the order dated 16.10.2008,

since the time had already expired, we dismissed the application. But, it

is brought to the notice of this Court that as on 8.8.2008 the petitioner

had already furnished the security before the court below and hence the

extension of time sought up to 8.8.2008 was for furnishing security as

ordered by this Court in the order dated 11.1.2007. Therefore, the

Review Petition is allowed. The order dated 16.10.2008 in I.A.No.3276

of 2008 is recalled.
