                             J U D G M E N T

In the matter of payment of contribution to the Kerala

Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund, in view of the detailed

counter affidavit to the effect that the grievance of the petitioner

has been considered in detail on two rounds, it is submitted that

the petitioner may at least be permitted to clear the arrears in

installments. Therefore, this original petition is disposed of

directing the petitioner to pay the balance amount due in eight

equal monthly installments commencing from the month of April,

2008.
