                         J U D G M E N T

Learned Government Pleader submits that for compliance of

the judgment, the Government has passed order dated

15.12.2008. In view of the apology tendered through the

Government Pleader for the delay, this contempt case is closed

without prejudice to the liberty to the petitioner to take up the

matter in appropriate proceedings, if still aggrieved.
