                                  JUDGMENT

This C.O.(C) has been filed alleging non-compliance with the

directions in judgment dated 6.10.2010 in W.P.(C).No.14547/2010. When

this matter is taken up today, it is brought to my attention that subsequent

to the institution of this C.O.(C), an order was served on the petitioner. In

view of the said position, this C.O.(C) is closed. However, it will be open

to the petitioner to challenge the said order if she is aggrieved by the same.
