                          J U D G M E N T

The writ petition was filed mainly challenging Exts.P5, P12,

P13 to P16, P22 and P24 and also the refusal of the respondents

to issue no due certificate. In view of the interim order dated

4/12/2006, the request of the petitioner for no due certificate has

now become infructuous.

2. In so far as the challenge against the demands made

by the aforesaid communications are concerned, that contention

is left open to be adjudicated in appropriate proceedings in

accordance with law.

Writ petition is closed.
