                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P2 notice issued by the

Grama Panchayat. According to the petitioner, the dispute is the

subject matter of O.S.50/2003 and O.S.180/2003 on the file of the

Munsiff Court, Ernakulam. There is already an interim order ever

since 17.1.2005. The writ petition is hence disposed of in terms of

the said interim order, making it clear that any further action shall

be taken in the matter only after the disposal of the civil cases

between the parties.
