ORDER

BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES

Heard
Mr. Bijal Chhatrapati, learned counsel appearing for Singhi & Co.

Having
considered the grievance raised by the Note for speaking to minutes,
it appears that some typographical error has cropped up in the order
passed by this Court on 13.8.2008, which has been rightly pointed
out in the note for speaking to minutes. Therefore, in terms of the
Note for speaking to minutes, the original order be corrected and
read accordingly. The Registry may issue fresh writ in terms of the
corrected order. The Note for speaking to minutes is disposed of
accordingly.
