Bharat Name of the Public Authority : Ministry of Railways, New Delhi Background 1. The Applicant filed his RTI application on 11.8.08 with the PIO, Railway Board. He sought information against 3 points including when action would be taken on his enclosed application and why the construction of the overbridge at Gaya had been stopped at the 2 nd Railway Crossing and when the overall development of the area would be completed. The APIO, Rly. Board replied on 17.6.08 informing the Applicant that the information sought is not available with the Rly. Board and requesting him to obtain the same from the Zonal Railways. He enclosed a list of the PIOs of the Zonal Railways.
