The RTI application was filed by the Applicant on 12.10.09 with the PIO, Akashwani, Kerala seeking miscellaneous information including copies of communication, file notings, Radio Reports etc. with regard to a complaint filed by one Mr. P.M. Edwin, Programme Executive, against 10 points. On not receiving any reply, the Applicant filed his first appeal on 21.11.09 stating that he has not received any information although he had already paid Rs.18/ for the same. The PIO replied on 12.1.10 enclosing copies of various documents and providing point wise information. Not satisfied with the information received the Appellant filed his second appeal with the Commission on 9.4.10 stating that information provided is false and incorrect, and that information against points 1 (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), 2 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (g), (h), 5 (a) (b) & 8 have not been provided. 2.
