The Applicant  filed his RTI­application dated 01.04.2011 with the PIO, Dte. Of Education, New Delhi  seeking various information in respect of a complaint (dated 26.07.2010), which he filed with the Director  (Education), Old Secretariat, Delhi. Through this complaint, the Applicant had reported the misconduct of  the teachers (name identified in the complaint) of one of the schools namely, Government Sarvodaya Bal  Vidyalaya, K Block, Mangolpuri, Delhi. He, in this complaint, had also alleged that the teachers of the said  schools were found to be involved in objectionable activities (i.e consumption of liquor, smoking) during  the school hours. In response to this application, the Education Officer, Zone XII on 20.05.2011 forwarded  a reply dated 20.05.2011 of Vice President of the said school to the Appellant. In this letter, the Vice  President, while mentioning that the Applicant has not given any proof in support of his allegations had  stated […]
