The Applicant filed an RTI Application dt.3.3.11 with the CPIO, Central Railway, Mumbai.  He stated  that he had traveled from CST to Secunderabad on 17.12.10 by Konark express through AC II class.  He had purchased the e­ticket through the agent and that the ticket  was lost during transit.  Since he  has to claim the same in TA Bill, he requested for information about the PNR No. and the fare with  service charges.  Shri N.L.Korda, PIO replied on 22.3.11 stating that the Applicant had not enclosed  the IPO and has not mentioned the PNR No.  Hence information cannot be given. The Applicant filed  an appeal dt.12.4.11 with the Appellate Authority stating that the IPO was enclosed with the RTI  Application.   […]
