Name of the Public Authority   : CPIO, Punjab National Bank, Arwal Branch, Arwal. The Appellant was not present. On behalf of the Respondent, Shri Iqbal Ahmed, CPIO, was present. 2. The case was heard through videoconferencing. The Respondent was  present in the Arwal studio of the NIC. In the meanwhile, the Complainant had  written to us on 1 November 2010 withdrawing the complaint filed by him. He  had also informed that he would not be attending the videoconferencing. The  Respondent informed that the desired information had since been provided to  the Complainant and that was the reason why he had decided to withdraw the  complaint. Since the Complainant is no longer interested in pursuing with this  matter, the case is closed. 3. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
