                            J U D G M E N T

Prayer sought in this writ petition is to expedite disposal of

Ext.P3 appeal pending before the 1st respondent.

In view of the above, without expressing anything on the

merits of the contentions raised, and leaving it open to the 1st

respondent to decide the issue, this writ petition is disposed of

directing the 1st respondent to dispose of Ext.P3 appeal filed by the

petitioner. This shall be done with notice to the petitioner and

respondents 3 & 4, and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,

within six weeks of production of a copy of this judgment, along

with a copy of this writ petition.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
