                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioner has filed Ext.P2 appeal before the second

respondent. In case Ext.P2 appeal has not so far been disposed

of, there will be a direction to the appellate authority to dispose of

the same within a period of three months from the date of

production of a copy of the judgment. The interim order dated

19.1.2005 will continue till the appeal is disposed of.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
