The Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar
is present.
From paragraph 6 of the supplementary show
cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party no.5, it transpires
that the requisite fund amounting to Rs. 6, 26,300/- has
been sent to the Civil Surgeon, Samastipur vide cheque
dated 15-9-2010 for payment of arrears to Central Health
Visitors, that is, members of the petitioner- Association.
On behalf of Director-in-Chief and the State
the court has been assured that Civil Surgeon,
Samastipur shall make payment to the concerned persons

within four weeks from today. However, a prayer has
been made on behalf of the State that genuine members
of the petitioner- Association should contact the office of
Civil Surgeon, Samastipur with requisite papers at the
earliest, preferably, within two weeks from today.
In view of aforesaid fair stand of the State and
opposite parties, this contempt application is finally
disposed of with a direction that the members of
petitioner- Association should contact the office of Civil
Surgeon, Samastipur with requisite papers within two
weeks from today and the Civil Surgeon shall ensure that
admitted dues of such members of the petitioner-
Association should be paid within four weeks from
today.
